Soccercamps.com is a web site that provides a simple but valuable set of resources for coaches and camp administrators to promote camps to a broad range of site users and visitors in a single, sport-specific location. The same goes for players and parents who can search, compare and share camps to ensure the right match each and every camp season.

Coaches and camp administrators that establish accounts (Free or Paid) and agree to enter their information are posted. Soccercamps.com offers a value-added service to all camps yet will never require camps to include their information. Our hope is that, over time, all soccer camps, clinics, classes, training, etc. will find its way to this single location for the benefit of players around the world.

Anyone that identifies themselves as a Coach or Camp Administrator can post camps to this site. If a user who is not an official coach or camp administrator wishes to act as a Camp Administrator on behalf of a coach or camp, then doing so will assume express permission from the camp. Anyone posting camp information also certifies that the information being posted is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge.

Joining affords you access to tools that non-members don’t see. Give it a try. We’ll be building more tools and resources over time and it’s always free and we’ll never share your information with outside advertisers. For more information on specific services please see the following pages: For Players, Parents and Fans. For Coaches and Camp Administrators.

Searching for camps is easy! Just type the location, name of camp or coach into the search bar on the home page and click Search button or press enter. If you prefer to search only by Location or Camp Title, you can click the appropriate button and type the appropriate information into the search bar. (For example: Location could be zip code and Camp Title might be Joe’s Soccer Camps)

NOTE: In order to create a camp you must first identify yourself as a Coach or Camp Administrator as found in Membership>Profile

Once you add your Organization information, you will be presented with a link to “Create a Camp”. Use the following process to create your camp. A camp is created for a single location (i.e. College/University). Adding additional locations is easy and addressed below.

  1. From the user Dashboard or the MyCamps page, click “Create a Camp” in the upper right hand corner above where it says MyCamps on the right hand side of the screen

  3. Select your Camp Type, Camp Specialty and enter web site information
  4. Add Director information and upload a photo (a headshot is preferred)
  5. Enter any other coaches by clicking the “Add” button, entering information, uploading a photo and clicking “Done”. Repeat for as many coaches as you would like to highlight

  7. Enter age range and select attendee gender
  8. Add Session Dates by clicking the “Add” button and selecting a date range. Repeat this for all dates held at the Camp location specified in step 2
  9. Add Cost Per Player by clicking the “Add” button. You should add cost per player for each Camp Type you selected in Step 3. For example, $300 for Commuter/Day and $500 for Overnight/Residential.
  10. Select and enter Discounts, Staff-to-Player Ratio, Suggested Player Level, Additional Features and On-Site Resources
  11. Click the “Save” button to save the entry without publishing or the “Publish” button to save and publish the entry
  12. TO CREATE ANOTHER CAMP LOCATION WITH SIMILAR INPUTS: Go to the MyCamps page, look for the camp you just created, Click “Duplicate” button, find the duplicate camp in the list (marked “Unpublished”), and click the “Edit” button. Edit any fields that you need to edit and click the “Save and Publish” button.
  13. TO CREATE ANOTHER CAMP LOCATION WITH DIFFERENT INPUTS: Follow the process to create a camp beginning with Step 1 above.

Not at this time. Most camps are already tied to a registration service. Soccercamps.com will never demand that camps change the way they’ve been doing business. We want to complement existing business practices. In addition, we will not assume the many risks associated with accepting and distributing payments from around the world, including the potential for money laundering.

For coaches and camps that use soccercamps.com as their web site, physical registration documents may be uploaded for players and parents to fill out and email, fax or mail. Any payments would be made directly to the organization.

We will always strive to significantly lower the capital cost of running camps so that camps can pass that savings on in a way of their choosing, for the benefit of their players. For that reason, we are exploring safe and cost-effective solutions to existing camp registration processes.

Membership levels only pertain to people that have soccer camps to advertise. For example, coaches or camp administrators. Casual users, parents or players do not need to do anything here.

Soccercamps.com will grow over time through social sharing and worldwide exposure resulting in improved performance for all camps. Despite that dynamic, it is possible for one camp to drive increased traffic over another.

By default, camps taking advantage of the Personal, Business, Business Plus or Enterprise membership options will be able to drive additional traffic through increased site exposure, enhanced tools and more thorough insights. However, it is possible to increase overall exposure utilizing the Free membership option and, ultimately outperform paid membership options. Here are some suggestions:

Regularly share your own camp on Facebook or Twitter using the share button on your camp page
Promote your custom camp link on Facebook or Twitter. This can be copied right from your Insights page
If you have a web site, post your link somewhere on it
Word of mouth – tell people to find your camp and share it on soccercamps.com

Paid members have access to a few additional options:
Push notifications out to those Interested or Going to your camp from the Insights page
Utilize additional Insights to target unique opportunities

Sure, as a Camp Administrator, you are more than welcome to represent multiple organizations. However, you must create an account for each organization. You may use the same email address, but you must change the password. It is important to do it this way so the appropriate logos can be used to represent each organization.
